Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

To manage a return, exchange or claim you can complete the following form by clicking below in case there are 3 items or less: * RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CLAIMS FORM.*

If your management involves more than 3 references you must write us an email to with the data that we indicate below:

- Order number.

- Reference of the article you want to return / change size or article (specifying the article with link if you do not find the reference).

- Confirm if the delivery address matches the pick-up address. We will pick up the package from the address that best suits you.

- Schedule that best fits to make the collection.

- Current account number in case you have made the payment by bank transfer (make sure they are 20 digits).

- Why have you returned the garment? It would help us a lot to know the reason for your return in order to improve our service.


If you request a change of an amount greater than the amount you have paid, we will contact you at the time we manage your request so that you can pay the corresponding difference. If within 24 hours we have not been able to locate you, the change will be canceled and we will proceed to the refund.

At the end of the form we will send you an email confirming the data of your request. Inthe following 24/48 working hours a courier will pick up the package at the time you have indicated.

As soon as you arrive at our warehouses and have checked, we will refund the amount of the returned items with the same form of payment you used, whenever possible, or we will send you the items of your exchange.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its condition, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.

Exchanges and returns in the Peninsula are totally free except for returns of products that have a discount, promotion or discount. In these cases the transport postage (€ 3.95) will be deducted from the amount of your refund. The first exchange or return you request is free, the second exchange or return on the same order has a cost of € 3.95.

In case of an exchange or return from outside Spain,you must take care of sending your package to our warehouse once we have accepted your exchange or return. We will contact you by email after you complete the form with the acceptance of the return and the address for you to send the package.

In case of claims for erroneous product or defective product, we will contact you via email after you complete the form to request your full address outside of Spain and schedule a pickup.

In times of sales or promotions such as Black Friday, the exchange and return processes will be slower, we ask for patience, we promise to do everything possible to meet your request as soon as possible!

- Garments without labels, used or in poor condition.

- Striped, stained, worn or used soles.
