In order to manage your exchange or return, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive the package at home, you must access our portal through the following links:

*IMPORTANT! Remember that guest and discounted items have a return cost of € 3.95

General conditions of returns
Customs gastos de envío or costs are NOT refundable.
In case of tare or damage to the garment (s) purchased, you have 48 hours from receipt to communicate it to the following form.
Returns from outside Spain are borne by the customer, Polín et moi is NOT responsible for packages until they are received in our warehouse. Remember to keep the proof of delivery where the full signed delivery address is reported.
Polín et moi reserves the right NOT to accept returns of:
- Garments different from their original state (without labels, used or in poor condition)
- Footwear with striped, stained, worn or used soles. In broken boxes or different from their original state
- Costume jewellery, gloves and hair accessories (headbands, hats, hats, scarves, headdresses, etc).
- Stationery products (mugs, notebooks or pen)
- Outside the return period, you have 14 days from receipt to request it
- Garments in our warehouses without prior authorization from the Polín et moi team
- Return packages pending customs payment, shipping or cash on delivery method
