Return costs are to be paid by the customer
We hope you enjoy your Polín order as much as we do, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can always request an exchange or a refund if you wish.
How to procesa return or exchange
In Spain: 14 calendar days after you receive the package at home. (First exchange or return process is free EXCEPT for Guest and discounted garments which cost 3,95€). Spain Returns Portal
Portugal: Returns of orders placed from October 16 to October 22, both the management and the cost, will be covered by the customer by selecting the transport agency of your choice. To register your return, please send us an email to [email protected] informing us of your order number and the garments you wish to return or exchange.
Rest of the world: 20 calendar days after we ship your order (you will receive an email once sent). The cost of the return is paid by the customer by courier of your choice or with our service with DHL. International returns portal

General conditions for returns
Shipping and customs charges are NOT refundable.
In case of tare or damage to the garment(s) purchased, you have 48 hours from receipt to communicate it in the following form.
We will process your exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming its arrival at our warehouse and another email once your request has been processed.
Returns from outside Spain, managed directly by the customer, are at the customer's expense, Polin et moi is NOT responsible for packages until they are received in our warehouse. Remember to keep the proof of delivery where the full address of delivery is reported signed.
Polin et moi reserves the right NOT to accept returns of:
- Garments different from their original state (without tags, used or in bad condition).
- Shoes with scuffed, stained, worn or used soles. In broken boxes or different from its original state.
- Jewelry, gloves, socks and hair accessories (headbands, hats, caps, scarves, headdresses, etc).
- Stationery products (mugs, notebooks or pens).
- Outside the return period.
- Garments in our warehouses without prior authorization from the Polin et moi team
- Returned packages pending customs clearance or shipping costs.
