IMPORTANT: in periods of sales and promotions orders take a little longer to arrive than usual, between 48h|72h workingdays, please be patient!

Spain (Peninsula): 2-3 working days

If you place your order before 1 pm, your package will be in your hands the next day! Be careful: we are always talking about working days. And if you do a shopping session on the weekend, your package will arrive between Tuesday and Wednesday since we will prepare it on Monday.

Balearic Islands: up to 7 working days

European Union countries: up to 10 working days

If within 7 working days in Spain or 10 in the rest of Europe you have not received the package since the confirmation of your order, do not hesitate to contact us through the contact e-mail to be able to solve it as soon as possible.


Now we offer the possibility to choose a collection point so that you can take the order yourself when it suits you best.

With the flexible delivery option, you will have the opportunity to choose where to pick up your order. It's perfect for days when you know you're not going to be home to open our messenger.

1. The day before the delivery of the package you will receive an email or SMS through which you can access to choose your preferences in the delivery of the package.

2. You must select and click on Flexible Delivery, red.

3. Enter the CP of the package destination.

4. Select the option "Delivery to Citypaq"

5. Confirm by entering the phone number where you received the SMS to activate Delivery in Citypaq.

6. Once the phone is entered, you must confirm the Delivery in Citypaq by pressing the red key: Confirm

7. Once the delivery is confirmed in Citypaq it gives us two options for delivery:

Enter Citypaq code:You must have a code or be registered in a Citypaq.

Select Available Citypaq: You will need to select an available Citypaq in your area and zip code by clicking on: "Select Available Citypaq"

The Citypaq available within the indicated Postal Code is shown on a map, by clicking on the Correos logo you can see the address and the population where the Citypaq is located: you must select the Citypaq by pressing the red button to generate the reservation and space in the chosen Citypaq.

8. The system will confirm that the Citypaq reservation has been made and when the package is deposited in the Citypaq you will receive an SMS with the instructions to pick up the shipment.



You have two attempts to receive the package, in case of being absent or that the data is incorrect, if you want to receive the package you will have to pay the charges of the next shipment that amount to € 3.95 or pick it up at the corresponding CORREOS EXPRESS delegation.

In those cases in which the package returns to the warehouse because they have not been able to contact the buyer, it can be sent again if you assume the shipping costs. If you prefer the return of the order you will be refunded the total minus the shipping costs.
