How long does shipping take?

We will prepare your order and you will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to be shipped. From there, you'll be able to track the shipment :)

Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 4 working days from the time the order is placed

Balearic Islands: up to 7 working days from the time the order is placed

Countries of the European Union and other European countries: up to 10 working days from the time the order is placed

United States, Central America and Latin America: up to 15 working days from the time the order is placed

Pre-order items: You can find the estimated shipping date in the product description.

IMPORTANT: during periods of sales and promotions, orders take a little longer to arrive than usual, please be patient!

If your package has not arrived within the aforementioned deadlines, do not hesitate to contact us through any of our communication channels.

Are there shipping costs?

In orders over 150, shipping costs are completely free. In case the order is under 150, shipping costs will be added to the total of your order: 

Spain and Portugal: 2,95€ | FREE if your order is over 150€

Balearic Islands: 5,95€ | FREE if your order is over 150€

Countries of the European Union: 9,95€ | FREE if your order is over 150€

International Shipping: 14,95€ | FREE if your order is over 150€

*Remember that shipping costs are NOT refundable 

Do we ship internationally?

We ship in the peninsula, balearic islands, European countries and some countries in America. We are working on being able to ship Worldwide and we hope to give you good news soon: 

We do ship to: United States, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Panama

  *Shipments are NOT made to Vatican City, Greenland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Sweater, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, United Kingdom, San Marino and Switzerland.

We recommend reading about the conditions of each country on the delivery of packages. Polín et moi is not responsible for customs costs or expenses generated by the shipment of the products.

Do we ship to the Canary Islands?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands but having two stores in Tenerife, as long as there may be availability in store, we can try to manage a shipment.

Your order has not arrived?

Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have not yet received your order.

You can contact us directly through our website, the Customer Service team will help you review the problem with the transport service and solve it as soon as possible. 

Do you prefer to pick up your order at a delivery point or citypaq?

In Spain, you can choose this shipping method once the order is finished. The day before being in delivery, you will receive an email and sms from Correos Express with a link to request: 

- Date and time of delivery

- Pick up at Office or Citypaq

Has your package been returned to the Warehouse?

In case the delivery is failed twice, the package will be returned to our warehouse and refunded. If you are interested in receiving it back home, you would have to pay shipping costs. Contact us to be able to manage it in the fastest way!!
