I want to give Polín this Christmas, is there an option to wrap as a gift?

We are very excited to be part of this detail! By adding the gift package available in all categories to the cart, you would already be requesting the gift wrapping option.

IMPORTANT!  - This addition has a cost of € 2.90 that will be added to the total of your order and you can pay in the next and last step of the process. (In case of return, this amount can NOT be refunded).  - By adding the gift package to your cart you can receive your order wrapped for Christmas. If you wanted different gift packages, you would have to order separately and add the package in both orders.  

 - You cannot select the role, it is random. But don't worry that both are ideal and come wrapped with a lot of love :)

We will prepare the gift with special love so that you can receive it perfect for that special moment!

How long does shipping take?

We will prepare your order with great love and you will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to be shipped. From there, you'll be able to track the shipment :)

Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 4 working days from the time the order is placed

Balearic Islands: up to 7 working days from the time the order is placed

Countries of the European Union and other European countries: up to 10 working days from the time the order is placed

United States, Central America and Latin America: up to 15 working days from order placement

Articles pre-order: You can know the estimated date of shipment in the product description.

IMPORTANT: in periods of sales and promotions orders take a little longer to arrive than usual, please be patient!

If your package has not arrived within the aforementioned deadlines, do not hesitate to contact us through any of our communication channels.

Are there shipping costs?


For orders over € 180, shipping costs are completely free. In case the order is lower, shipping costs will be added to the total of your order: 

Spain and Portugal: €3.50 | FREE if your order is over 180€

Balearic Islands: 6,50€ | FREE if your order is over 180€

Countries of the European Union: 9,95€ | FREE if your order is over 180€

International Shipping: 14,95€ | FREE if your order is over 180€

*Remember that shipping costs are NOT refundable 

Do we ship internationally?

We ship in peninsula, Balearic Islands, European Countries and some countries of America. We are working on being able to ship Worldwide and we hope to be able to give you good news soon: 

We do ship to: United States, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Panama

  *NO shipments are made to Vatican City, Greenland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Sweater, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, United Kingdom, San Marino and Switzerland.

We recommend reading about the conditions of each country on the delivery of packages. Polín et moi is not responsible for customs costs or expenses generated by the shipment of the products.

Do we ship to the Canary Islands?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands but having two stores in Tenerife, whenever there may be availability in store, we can try to manage a shipment.

Haven't your order arrived?

Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have not yet received your order.

You can contact us directly through our website, the Customer Service team will help you review the problem with the transport service and solve it as soon as possible. 

Do you prefer to pick up your order at a delivery point or citypaq?

You can choose this shipping method once the order is completed. The day before being in delivery, you will receive an email and sms from Correos Express with a link to request: 

- Date and time of delivery

- Pick up at Office or Citypaq

Has your package been returned to the Warehouse?

In case the delivery is failed twice, the package will be returned to our warehouse and refunded. If you are interested in receiving it back home, you would have to pay shipping costs. Contact us to manage it in the fastest way!!


We love to listen to you and for us, your wishes are orders and we can say that the Black Friday promotion has arrived in Polín! From November 21, 2022, in the form of a thank you, our subscribers will receive a special private code with limited offers. On November 22, the Black Friday discount will be made public on our website.

IMPORTANT! The return of orders with this discount of BLACK FRIDAY, will cost € 3.95 (Both from Spain and from International) while, the first change management will be completely free. The deadline to request an exchange or return continues to be 14 calendar days from when you receive the package at home. You can check all the exchange and return conditions here

Although we hope you like your Polín garments as much as we do, if you want to process a return of any garment with this discount, THE RETURN WILL COST € 3.50 per order (Both from Spain and from International). This amount will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed through the same payment method.
