All shipments have gastos de envío, which depend on the delivery address.

- Peninsula and Portugal: 3,50€ | 2-4 working days.

- Balearic Islands: 6,50€ | Up to 7 working days.

- European Union countries: 10,95€ | Up to 10 working days.

- Shipping to Europe (Non EU): 15,95€ | Up to 10 working days.

- Rest of the world*: Approx 10€ | Up to 15 working days.

*We do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Afghanistan, Belarus, Congo, Bali, Myanmar, Nigeria, Russia, Senegal, Somalia and Ukraine.

EXCHANGES: Shipping with the requested change is free of charge!

Orders placed from Spain:

14 working days after you receive the package at home.

Orders from outside Spain:

20 calendar days after we send the package.

*The management of sending the package back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer, taking care of the costs of this shipment, through the courier of your choice or with our DHL service.

In the first exchange procedure, the return shipment is free of charge (both size and product). We allow TWO exchange procedures, in case you want to process a second exchange, gastos de envío will be discounted according to destination.

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within a maximum of 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when this exchange order is ready to be shipped.

RETURNS: You can also request a return within the indicated period!

Orders placed from Spain:

14 working days after you receive the package at home.

Remember that the return is free EXCEPT when returning GUEST garments and any item with PROMOTION or discount. In this case 3,95€ will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Orders placed from outside Spain:

20 calendar days from the date of shipment.
