How can I request an exchange from outside Spain?

Returns or exchanges made from outside Spain, must be managed by the customer, assuming the shipping and handling costs. You must complete the form on our international returns portal to register and approve the request:

1. Enter your order reference and postcode.
2. Select the garments you wish to exchange.
3. Choose "EXCHANGE PRODUCT" as the method of refund.
4. Indicate the garment and size you would like to receive back in the box.
5. Select the option return in shop and copy the address of our warehouse (indicated at the end of the form).

6. Send the box to our warehouse within 5 days of completing the form.
7. Put the garments inside the box together with the RETURN SHEET.


We will process your change in the next 10 business days upon receipt in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming its arrival at our warehouse. In case there is a difference to pay, we will contact you to manage it. In the event that you have requested an exchange and that garment is no longer available on the web, the return and automatic refund will be made through the same payment method. Don't worry, you will receive emails confirming this process and shipment with the new garments!

*Please note that at the end of the process you will see a delivery point in Spain. Please copy that address and send the package to it.
