How can I exchange an item from Spain?
We are here to help you so that you can be 100% satisfied with your Polín garments! You can request a size or item exchange by logging into our online portal:
1. Enter your order reference and postcode.
2. Select the garments you want to exchange
3. Choose "EXCHANGE PRODUCT" as the refund method.
4. Indicate the garment and size you would like to receive back in the box.
5. Select the delivery point that suits you best (You can also deliver the parcel to any post office in your area if you prefer).
6. You will automatically receive by e-mail the label to STICK on the outside of the ORIGINAL BOX.
7. Insert the garments inside together with the RETURN FORM.
8. Deliver the package within the next 5 working days.
You are done!!
We will process your change in the next 10 business days upon receipt in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming its arrival at our warehouse. In case there is a difference to pay, we will contact you to manage it. In the event that you have requested an exchange and that garment is no longer available on the web, the return and automatic refund will be made through the same payment method.
