All shipments have gastos de envío, which depend on the delivery address.

- Spain peninsula: 3,95€ | 2-4 working days.

- Portugal peninsula: 4,95€ | 2-4 working days.

- Balearic Islands: 6,95€ | Up to 7 working days.

- European Union countries: Standard 11,95€ | Up to 3-7 working days - Express 20,95€ | 1-2 working days.

- Rest of the world*: Rate according to destination, approximately 20,95€ | Up to 15 working days.

**We do NOT ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, Azores, United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Belarus, Congo, Bali, Myanmar, Nigeria, Russia, Senegal, Somalia and Ukraine.

EXCHANGES: The first exchange request is free of charge!

Orders placed from Spain:

14 calendar days after you receive the package at home.

Orders placed from outside Spain:

Within 14 calendar days after we send the package.

*The management of sending the package back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer, taking care of the costs of this shipment, through the courier of your choice or with our service (for countries outside the European Union and Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, there is only the possibility of return with our FEDEX transport service).

In the first exchange procedure, the return shipment is free of charge (Spain only). We allow TWO exchange procedures, in case you want to process a second exchange, gastos de envío will be discounted according to destination.

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within a maximum of 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when this exchange order is ready to be shipped.

RETURNS:

Orders placed from Spain:

14 calendar days after you receive the package at home.

Remember that the return is free EXCEPT when returning garments from SPECIAL EVENTS: GUEST AND BRIDAL, 4,95€ will be deducted (and 1€ extra will be added for each additional garment you return) and any item with PROMOTION or discount. In this case 3,95€ will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Orders placed from outside Spain:

14 calendar days from the date of shipment.

Remember that jewelry or hair accessories can NOT be returned.
