In the first exchange procedure, the return shipment is free of charge (both size and product). We allow TWO exchange procedures, in case you want to process a second exchange, gastos de envío will be discounted according to destination.

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within a maximum of 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when this exchange order is ready to be shipped.

Remember that the return is free EXCEPT when returning garments from SPECIAL EVENTS: GUEST AND BRIDAL, 4,95€ will be deducted (and 1€ extra will be added for each additional garment you return) and any item with PROMOTION or discount.
