What is Pre-Order?
It means that we don't have the stock available to be able to ship it yet. By buying pre-order you ensure that you have your stock in reserve, once it reaches our warehouse it will be the first orders to be shipped.
What is the estimated pre-order time?

The pre-order times may be different depending on the product, so we specify the information in each one.
Is it possible to return or exchange?
Of course! You can exchange or return your pre-order items, as long as you meet the conditions.

What is the status of my order?
Once the purchase has been made, your order will be in Pre-order. When the stock is received in our warehouse, the status of the order changes to "Pre-order stock received" and you will receive an email informing you.
You will receive emails confirming the preparation of the package and when it is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
When will it be available for normal purchase?
Once stock of the product is received in the warehouse and all pre-order orders have been shipped, the remaining stock will be made available for normal sale.
There is not always enough stock to make it to the normal sale, so we recommend buying it in pre-order.
What is pre-order sold out?
It means that the units we had planned for this size are already sold out!
In this case you must sign up in the AVISAME, if any unit comes in due to cancellation of orders, exchanges or returns you will receive an email informing you.
Can I receive it sooner?
Unfortunately, as we do not have stock in our warehouse it is not possible to receive your order before the estimated time.
We always try to receive the goods as soon as possible in order to ship orders promptly.
When will I receive my order?
If your order has pre-order products you will receive your complete order when the pre-order product is received.
If you want to receive some products earlier, you will need to place two separate orders.
