SHIPPING:

All shipments have shipping costs, which depend on the delivery address.

- Peninsula: 3,50€ | 2-4 working days - Express 4,95€ | All orders placed from Monday to Friday, before 12 noon, will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day.

- Portugal: 3,50€ | 2-4 working days.

- Balearic Islands: 6,50€ | Up to 7 working days.

- European Union countries: Standard 10,95€ | Up to 3-7 working days - Express 15,95€ | 1-2 working days.

- Rest of the world*: Rate according to destination, approximately 20,95€ | Up to 15 working days.

**We do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Belarus, Congo, Bali, Myanmar, Nigeria, Russia, Senegal, Somalia and Ukraine.

Important! During the sales period, orders may take a little longer than usual, please be patient!

EXCHANGES: The first exchange request is free of charge!

Orders placed from Spain:

14 working days after you receive the package at home.

Orders placed from outside Spain:

Within 14 calendar days after we ship the package.

*The management of sending the package back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer, taking care of the costs of this shipment, through the courier of your choice or with our service.

In the first exchange procedure, the return shipment is free of charge (both size and product). We allow TWO exchange procedures, in case you want to process a second exchange, shipping costs will be discounted according to destination.

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within a maximum of 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when this exchange order is ready to be shipped.

RETURNS:

During Black Friday, all orders that include the “Gift Bag” will have an extended return period until January 10th.

Orders placed from Spain:

14 working days after you receive the package at home.

Remember that the return is free EXCEPT when returning garments from SPECIAL EVENTS: GUEST AND BRIDAL, 4,95€ will be discounted (and 1€ extra will be added for each additional garment you return) and any item with PROMOTION or discount. In this case 3,95€ will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Orders placed from outside Spain:

14 calendar days from the date of shipment.

Remember that costume jewelry or hair accessories can NOT be returned.
