- Peninsular Spain: 3,95€ : 2-4 working days : All orders placed from Monday to Friday, before 12 noon, will be prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next working day.

- Portugal peninsula: 4,95€ | 2-4 working days.

- Balearic Islands: 6,95€ | Up to 7 working days.

*The management of sending the package back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer, taking care of the costs of this shipment, through the courier of your choice or with our service.

In the first exchange procedure, the return shipment is free of charge (both size and product). We allow TWO exchange procedures, in case you want to process a second exchange, gastos de envío will be discounted according to destination.

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within a maximum of 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when this exchange order is ready to be shipped.

Remember that the return is free EXCEPT when returning garments from SPECIAL EVENTS: GUEST AND BRIDAL, 4,95€ will be discounted (and 1€ extra will be added for each additional garment you return) and any item with PROMOTION or discount. 14 calendar days from the time we make the shipment.
